"It is not the fault of the accommodation that l drove from Cape Leuwin without reading the email they sent me with details and that my phone died as l turned into the street. I appreciated they phoned back my partner after l got back into the car to move it out of someone's driveway but l would have liked it if they phoned me back about parking when the street was full with cars even on the footpath.
